HOW?
By entering your property into the regional Multiple
Listing Service (MLS) - which gives you access to over 2,500 agents in Lee
County and their buyers! Having a sign, Internet advertising, direct
mail advertising, color property flyers and advertising in local real estate
magazines all for a 4 1/2% commission; and we still allow you to remain a "for
sale by owner" (fsbo), so that you have the right to sell the property yourself
and pay even less! (The plan is open to all sellers, not just "for sale by
owners" or investors). Our plan gives you the best of both worlds: tell over
2,500 agents that you're willing to cooperate with a Realtor in the sale of your
property, instead of telling them individually when they pester you by calling!
(fsbo's can sure relate to that one!) AND still have the right to sell
your property yourself to save even more! That's right we do everything that the
other realty companies do and more for a whole lot less! In fact this program
can help you save time and money in so many ways that we felt a need to count
them!
Allows maximum exposure of your property by placing
it into the MLS and having a sign (Remember: the more people that
know about your property the more people will see your property
- the more people that see your property, the more likely that one of those
people will be your buyer!)
Calls from real estate agents should disappear
(Hurray!).
If you allow, we will install a keysafe on your
property: making showings more convenient for buyer, seller and agent!
(Remember: people are more likely to see a home that is easy to see and the
more people that see your property......etc.)
Our sign is highly visible to buyers and
perhaps a little less threatening - don't miss out on buyers who are too
nervous about haggling on price, what is a fair price, writing up contracts,
etc. to deal directly through a owner! (Our sign is also highly attractive if
I do say myself)
If you sell by owner, we will reduce the commission
even further and write up all the contracts / disclosures and handle the
closing for you.
